Requirements
- Previous experience as a welder or metal fabricator in an industrial environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of welding processes and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to operate cranes, hoists, grinders, and other fabrication equipment.
- Physical strength to lift and move heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
- Willingness to pass the HPE (Human Performance Exam) assessing physical capability for the job.
