Requirements
- Proven experience in residential, commercial, restoration, or industrial painting

- Experience using hand tools, power tools, brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical documents
- Strong time management and ability to meet project deadlines
- Good communication skills for working with team members and clients
- Ability to work at heights using scaffolding or lifts when required
- Carpentry or restoration experience is considered an advantage but not required
