Requirements
Candidates applying for the Fruit Farm Worker position should meet the following requirements:
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Reliable transport to and from the workplace
- Forklift licence
- Chemical handling licence
- Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence
- Physically fit and able to lift and move 10 kg or more continuously
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early morning starts and extended shifts during harvest season (December – May)
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
