Requirements
Candidates applying for the Welder and Fabricator position should meet the following qualifications:
- Experience repairing agricultural and industrial equipment
- Experience working on semi trailer repairs
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Ability to fabricate parts based on technical drawings
- Experience using fabrication equipment such as:
- Press brakes
- Shears
- Rollers
- Iron workers
- Band saws
- Experience with MIG welding and Pulse Spray welding
- Stick welding experience using 6010 and 7018 electrodes (vertical up and overhead)
- TIG welding experience with stainless steel and aluminum is a plus
- Familiarity with grinders, drills, torches, and welding machines
- Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting abilities
- Reliable and able to work 40 hours per week consistently
- Ability to commute or relocate to Orland, California
