American Modular is seeking a skilled and dependable General Carpenter Job in Poland to join our growing construction team. This role is ideal for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and enjoys working on residential projects from installation through final finishes.

Job Responsibilities
- Install trim, moldings, baseboards, crown molding, doors, and other finish carpentry components
- Perform framing work, including floors, walls, ceilings, and roofs
- Install and finish cabinets, countertops, and other custom woodwork
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to precise specifications
- Ensure all carpentry work is level, square, and properly aligned
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Collaborate with the construction team to meet project timelines
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in residential or modular home construction
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and construction best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in modular home construction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Carpentry certification or completion of an apprenticeship program (preferred but not required)
