We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Farm Manager – Poultry (Meat Production) Job in Qatar to lead and manage our poultry operations in Qatar. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage farm staff, ensuring health, safety, and overall physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Oversee sustainable poultry meat production, ensuring optimal husbandry and rearing practices.
- Ensure effective use of water resources to enhance production quality and environmental benefits.
- Manage land use, waste management, and environmental practices in line with legal requirements.
- Oversee technical operations, including machinery, equipment, vehicles, and farm infrastructure.
- Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control to ensure business sustainability.
- Ensure quality control of farm production and compliance with industry standards.
- Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain a skilled workforce, fostering a culture of professionalism, integrity, and ambition.
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Additional training or courses in Business Management or Administration (preferred).
- Extensive experience in poultry farming and livestock operations, specifically meat production.
- Proven experience managing large-scale farm operations.
- Strong knowledge of poultry husbandry, biosecurity, and animal welfare standards.
- Arabic language proficiency (spoken and written).
- Experience working in the GCC region is an advantage.
