Primo Brands is currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Yard Driver Job In Poland to join our operations team at our Lee, Florida manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in supporting warehouse and logistics operations by efficiently moving trailers, coordinating dock activities, and maintaining a safe, organized yard environment.

Requirements
- Ability to work days or nights on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as business needs require
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Ability to climb stairs and perform physical warehouse tasks
- Willingness to complete required E-Learning and safety observations
- Willingness to be trained in all warehouse functions, including Dock Coordinator and Yard Driver
Skills & Qualifications
- Class A CDL (preferred)
- Licensed and qualified to operate a sit-down forklift
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic math skills for accurate loading and unloading
- Ability to read and understand complex written instructions
- Basic computer skills (Windows, SAP, Microsoft Office)
- Attention to safety, organization, and operational efficiency

- Hourly Pay: $22.50 per hour
- Shift Differential: 6%–8% of base hourly rate for applicable hours
