Crypto.com is looking for a highly skilled Blockchain DeFi Developer Job in Hong Kong to join our Quant Trading Team in Hong Kong. This role focuses on building and optimizing high-performance decentralized finance (DeFi) applications that support real-time trading, risk monitoring, and automated trading strategies.
You will work closely with traders, quants, and engineers to design scalable systems operating at the intersection of blockchain technology and quantitative trading.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement DeFi applications supporting real-time trading and risk monitoring
- Research, evaluate, and integrate decentralized applications (dApps) across multiple blockchain ecosystems
- Continuously enhance the performance, reliability, and scalability of automated trading systems
- Build internal tools and systems to support daily analytical workflows for traders and quantitative researchers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate trading, reconciliation, and analytics processes
- Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and system performance
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on DeFi development experience
- Strong experience working with EVM-based chains, Solana, and other blockchain ecosystems
- Minimum 3 years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
- Proficiency with blockchain SDKs such as web3.js, ethers.js, or similar tools
- Deep understanding of smart contracts, AMMs, liquidity farming, and DeFi protocols
- Experience with WebSocket programming
- Working knowledge of Linux system programming

- Strong problem-solving and system-design skills
- Ability to work in a low-latency, high-performance trading environment
- Experience with trading systems, including connectivity or pricing models (preferred)
- Knowledge of C++ and/or Rust (preferred)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
