Requirements
- No formal education or previous experience required (training provided)
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as assigned
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (helpful but not required)
- Ability to work in a farm environment
- Physically able to:
- Regularly lift up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
- Push or move up to 300 pounds
- Good vision abilities (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment)
