Key Responsibilities
- Work safely at all times and follow all plant safety procedures
- Perform manual labor tasks including bending, lifting, walking, and housekeeping
- Operate industrial trucks for roll handling and raw material movement
- Operate converting and packaging machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished materials to ensure quality standards are met
- Use manufacturing systems and comply with safety and quality processes
- Operate computer programs used in production
- Use hand tools such as sledgehammers, tape measures, knives, wrenches, and screwdrivers
- Maintain established housekeeping standards
- Follow verbal and written instructions
New hires will complete 2–4 weeks of training across various entry-level roles. Upon successful completion, pay may increase to between $26.40 and $30.40 per hour depending on position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day and night shifts)
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Solid employment history
- Two years of manufacturing experience preferred
