Requirements
- High School Diploma or related trade school education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to obtain AIB (American Institute of Baking) certification
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Mexico, MO 65265
- Willingness to assist with cleaning and production support duties
- Ability to lead and support external food safety audits
