Requirements
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant in the hospitality industry
- Valid New Zealand work rights or Working Holiday Visa
- Own reliable transport due to the lodge’s remote location
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
- Ability to commit to the full seasonal contract (September/November 2025 – April 2026)

Key Skills
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage guest requests and adapt to individual preferences
- Experience using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately
- Coffee and cocktail preparation skills, including wine service knowledge
- Attention to detail and immaculate presentation
- Teamwork and collaboration with kitchen and restaurant teams
- Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
