Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within luxury or premium hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine service.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Understanding of health, safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Experience in managing daily F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, and events.
