Job Requirements
- Previous experience working with animals (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Ability to work shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Fluent in English (required)
- Ability to reliably commute to Kent, BC or relocate before starting work (preferred)
- Physically fit and capable of handling farm duties
- Willingness to work in an in-person farm environment
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with milking cows during assigned shifts
- Clean and maintain barns and milking areas
- Feed and care for calves
- Monitor cow health and assist with general herd care
- Perform general farm maintenance and upkeep
