Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive rental vehicles to customer locations as assigned.
- Pick up and drop off clients and vehicles according to schedules.
- Assist customers during vehicle inspection, handover, and return procedures.
- Ensure rental vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks to ensure safety and reliability.
- Report any mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance needs to management immediately.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, vehicle usage, and customer interactions.
- Support daily operations as required by the rental team.
Requirements
- Valid Qatari Driving License (Light Vehicle).
- Valid QID.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in car rental or similar service roles.
- Ability to speak English and Arabic.
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations in Qatar.
- Physically fit and able to handle basic vehicle-related tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
