Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this position plays a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for residents, hotel guests, and commercial tenants. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction across residential properties.

Requirements
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Previous experience in cleaning environments that may be heavily soiled
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working with industrial-strength cleaners and chemicals
- Ability to climb stairs while carrying equipment and supplies
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clear criminal record check (free of relevant convictions)
- Willingness to work overtime or participate in on-call rotation
