Kodama Koi Farm is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Japanese Speaking – a plus) Job in Japan to join our friendly and dedicated office team in Mililani, Hawaii. This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for a dependable professional who enjoys customer interaction, organization, and working in a close-knit team environment. Japanese language ability is highly welcomed but not required.

Job Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate and manage shipping arrangements
- Maintain and update inventory records
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
- Support daily office operations in a small team setting
- Ensure consistent and reliable daily attendance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in office administration or customer service
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to daily attendance
- Good health management with minimal absenteeism or lateness
- Ability to work well in a small, collaborative team
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, email, spreadsheets, document editing)
- Japanese language skills (speaking or understanding) are a plus, but not mandatory

Benefits & Work Details
