Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to sanitation standards
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to prepare for incoming guests
- Assist with catering or banquet setups by transporting dishes, utensils, and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Support servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to follow safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines
