Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of verified driving experience
(Accredited truck driving school may substitute for experience) - Flatbed experience preferred
- Manual transmission experience preferred
- Tanker/Hazmat endorsement is a plus (not required)
- Strong safety record
- Ability to travel regionally (75% preferred)
- English language proficiency (Required)
- Ability to perform inspections and basic truck maintenance
Skills
- Safe operation of semi-trucks (manual transmission)
- Experience hauling flatbed and step-deck trailers
- Proper load securement (chains, straps, tarps)
- Time management and on-time delivery
- Knowledge of DOT safety regulations
- Strong communication and professionalism
