Requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to perform physical and outdoor work
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous farming experience (cereals, potatoes, vegetables)
- Experience operating tractors, loaders, or other farm machinery
- Forklift licence
- PA1 & PA2 certification
