Job Overview
OG Inc. is hiring Experienced Laborers to support daily cannabis cultivation operations. This role involves hands-on work in planting, maintaining, and harvesting cannabis plants while ensuring the cultivation facility operates efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cannabis cultivation tasks including planting, pruning, trimming, and harvesting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cultivation facility
- Assist with irrigation systems and nutrient application
- Support pest control and plant health monitoring
- Operate and maintain cultivation tools and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and standard operating guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or similar labor-intensive roles preferred
- Familiarity with cultivation tools and techniques
- Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Driver’s License (Preferred)
- Ability to commute to Deming, NM (Preferred)
