The Cactus, Texas operation is a two-shift beef processing facility and distribution center employing over 3,000 team members. It is a key export plant, shipping approximately 23% of production to international markets including Japan, Mexico, and Chile, and processing over one million head of cattle annually.
Position Overview – Hourly Production
Production team members are responsible for cutting, trimming, and fabricating beef products on a production line while maintaining safety, quality, and sanitation standards.

Requirements
- Ability to work in a hot and/or cold production environment
- Ability to lift, push, and pull products repetitively
- Ability to work safely with sharp tools and equipment
- Willingness to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Must maintain good personal hygiene and follow food safety policies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed
