Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience in an aged care facility or a New Zealand Level 3 qualification in Healthcare.
- Applicants must be physically located in New Zealand at the time of application for interview.
- Ability to assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Physically capable of supporting mobility and transfers using equipment such as hoists and wheelchairs.
- Strong sense of responsibility, compassion, and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.
