Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience in an aged care facility or a New Zealand Level 3 qualification in Healthcare.

  • Ability to assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Physically capable of supporting mobility and transfers using equipment such as hoists and wheelchairs.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, compassion, and reliability.
  • Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.
