Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in construction or physical labor (preferred)
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and travel when required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and DOT physical
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no major violations in the last 36 months)
- Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions
