Job Details
- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Work Location: In person
- Shift Differentials:
- Night shift differential: $3.00/hour
- Weekend differential: Additional $3.00/hour
- Pay: Competitive and based on experience
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs
- Follow all facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Current LPN license (state-appropriate)
- BLS Certification (assistance available if not current)
- Compassion and patience in caring for elderly residents
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
