Key Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant painting experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual work
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Valid work rights in New Zealand
- Full driver’s licence (preferred but not essential)
Skills & Experience
- Interior and exterior painting experience
- Surface preparation including sanding, filling, and priming
- Ability to use painting tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Attention to detail and high-quality finishing skills
- Time management and ability to meet project deadlines
- Basic understanding of colours, materials, and finishes
