Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant, your main duties will include:
- Assisting customers with the selection of indoor and outdoor plants
- Providing clear guidance on plant care, watering, sunlight, and maintenance
- Answering customer questions in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling sales transactions, including cheque collection and client payments
- Negotiating prices and terms with customers professionally
- Maintaining accurate sales records and payment documentation
- Supporting daily nursery operations and showroom organization
- Ensuring plants are displayed properly and kept in good condition
- Coordinating with the team to meet sales targets and customer needs
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Assistant or similar role
- Valid Qatar Driver’s License (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of indoor and outdoor plants (mandatory)
- Experience in handling cheques and customer payments
- Ability to negotiate confidently and professionally with clients
- Availability for full-time, permanent employment
