Ver-Mac Inc. is seeking a Welder Associate Job in Japan to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a skilled and detail-oriented welder who enjoys working from technical drawings and contributing to the production of high-quality equipment used in traffic safety and mobility solutions. The successful candidate will support welding and assembly operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret production plans, assembly drawings, and welding blueprints
- Fit, weld, and assemble parts according to specifications
- Perform welding operations primarily on carbon steel
- Assemble components using measuring tapes, levels, T-squares, and templates
- Modify or repair parts as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation
- Replace and restock welding supplies and equipment (wire, gas tanks, etc.)
- Assist other departments as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience as a welder or welding associate
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience welding carbon steel
- Familiarity with welding tools, measuring instruments, and shop equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to assist in other departments when required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
