Welder Associate Job in Japan

Ver-Mac Inc. is seeking a Welder Associate Job in Japan to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a skilled and detail-oriented welder who enjoys working from technical drawings and contributing to the production of high-quality equipment used in traffic safety and mobility solutions. The successful candidate will support welding and assembly operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret production plans, assembly drawings, and welding blueprints
  • Fit, weld, and assemble parts according to specifications
  • Perform welding operations primarily on carbon steel
  • Assemble components using measuring tapes, levels, T-squares, and templates
  • Modify or repair parts as required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation
  • Replace and restock welding supplies and equipment (wire, gas tanks, etc.)
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a welder or welding associate
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
  • Experience welding carbon steel
  • Familiarity with welding tools, measuring instruments, and shop equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to assist in other departments when required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
