Available Positions & Responsibilities

Production / Field Crew

  • Plant, harvest, wash, and pack produce
  • Care for vegetable crops according to specifications
  • Load trucks and wash bins
  • Perform fast, accurate hand labor (including use of knives and clippers)
  • Maintain digital records using tablets or computers
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Perform basic math and use scales for measurements
  • Follow safety, hydration, and pacing guidelines
  • Collaborate effectively with team members

Value Added Production Lead

  • Produce value-added food items (fermentation, pickling, preservation)
  • Maintain production records and batch tracking
  • Calculate production costs
  • Support culinary and organizational operations
  • Ensure quality and consistency of products

Administrative / Front Desk

  • Provide customer service via email, phone, and correspondence
  • Manage invoices, orders, and sales support systems
  • Use QuickBooks and other business software
  • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and HR/recruiting tasks
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and staff

Mowing / Maintenance / Small Engine Technician

  • Operate mowing equipment (e.g., Skag mower)
  • Repair and maintain small engines and farm tools
  • Maintain tool inventory and service records
  • Organize and clean tool areas
  • Track maintenance schedules and documentation
  • Support outdoor farm maintenance work
  • Ensure proper use and care of equipment

Requirements
