Available Positions & Responsibilities
Production / Field Crew
- Plant, harvest, wash, and pack produce
- Care for vegetable crops according to specifications
- Load trucks and wash bins
- Perform fast, accurate hand labor (including use of knives and clippers)
- Maintain digital records using tablets or computers
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Perform basic math and use scales for measurements
- Follow safety, hydration, and pacing guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with team members
Value Added Production Lead
- Produce value-added food items (fermentation, pickling, preservation)
- Maintain production records and batch tracking
- Calculate production costs
- Support culinary and organizational operations
- Ensure quality and consistency of products
Administrative / Front Desk
- Provide customer service via email, phone, and correspondence
- Manage invoices, orders, and sales support systems
- Use QuickBooks and other business software
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and HR/recruiting tasks
- Maintain professional communication with customers and staff
Mowing / Maintenance / Small Engine Technician
- Operate mowing equipment (e.g., Skag mower)
- Repair and maintain small engines and farm tools
- Maintain tool inventory and service records
- Organize and clean tool areas
- Track maintenance schedules and documentation
- Support outdoor farm maintenance work
- Ensure proper use and care of equipment
Requirements
- Ability to work in a bilingual English/Spanish environment
- Strong respect for cultural diversity

- Valid driver’s license preferred (required for some roles)
