Requirements
- 1–3 years of construction labour experience (preferred)
- Experience in residential or multi-family construction (an asset)
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials
- Comfortable working at heights and in active construction environments
- Knowledge of safety practices and OH&S regulations
- Valid safety certifications (CSTS, WHMIS, First Aid) or willingness to obtain
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
