In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality finished products by applying liquid coatings with precision. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in painting vehicles or industrial equipment and a strong commitment to craftsmanship and quality.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in auto or equipment painting (required)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Knowledge of paint preparation and finishing techniques
- Experience preparing surfaces (cleaning, sanding, masking)
- Ability to inspect and ensure quality standards are met
- Capability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week
- On-site work required (Bernalillo, NM)
Skills
- Strong understanding of liquid paint and finishing processes
- Experience using spray guns and other painting tools
- Familiarity with paint booths, compressors, and curing ovens
- Attention to detail and quality control (e.g., detecting defects like drips or uneven coating)
- Ability to use inspection tools such as paint thickness gauges
- Team collaboration and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
