Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Production Operator
Nationality: Any Nationality
Total Salary (Including Food Allowance): 2200 SAR
Transportation: Provided by the Company
Accommodation: Provided by the Company
Overtime: Minimum 1.5 times the salary per hour
Monthly Bonus: Depending on performance (up to 500 SAR)
Working Hours: 48 hours per week (5 days/9.5 hours per day)

Job Summary
The candidate must have hands-on experience operating and supervising the Pavan production line, Extruders (Coating), and V-Packer (Betti) machines. The role includes production monitoring, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
Job Responsibilities & Tasks
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Create high-quality foods that are eaten EVERYDAY, NATIONWIDE.
- Oversee extruder, mixing, ingredients or roll, oven processes, and the packaging line.
- Operate and monitor multi-function process control machinery and the ERP system through control panels, computer terminals, or other control systems. Use these systems to mix, blend, cook, or otherwise process food products, and to bag, box, or otherwise package food products.
- Set up and maintain proper adjustments of machinery and equipment. This may include clearing jams and performing quality checks.
- Formulate, monitor, and ensure proper batch formulas and batch procedures.
- Participate in the startup, changeover, and shutdown of operating equipment.
- Calibrate processing systems daily to meet required specifications.
- Oversee quality and area upkeep. Work closely with Q.C. to ensure that products meet customer requirements.
- Assist the Production Supervisor/Lead Person in meeting scheduling requirements.
- Record production metrics such as quantity, weight, size, density, moisture, and types of products packaged to ensure that products meet company standards.
- Monitor product flow, delivery, and reject systems.
- Ensure the line runs efficiently and is ready for scheduled runs.
- Rotate and learn different areas of the production line and multiple lines.
- Maintain area housekeeping, weekly cleaning processes, and sanitation functions. Keep the work area clean and organized by following daily housekeeping and 6S standards.
- Work with other team members to ensure objectives are met, including helping other areas within the department as needed.
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
- Operate and troubleshoot machinery and equipment. Work with maintenance staff to resolve issues.
- Report equipment problems and the need for preventive maintenance to the team leader or supervisor.
- Promote and maintain a culture and attitude of continuous improvement. Work within the company team to make it better.
