About the Job

We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Waiter/Waitress at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Prague. We would like to welcome an experienced person who will ensure the highest quality of care and comfort for our guests.

The Main Focus Of Your Job Will Be

  • Welcoming guests with a smile and professional attitude.
  • Providing first-class service during the meal.
  • Ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Managing orders and serving food and beverages.
  • Communicating with the kitchen and other departments of the hotel.

What We Expect From You

  • Previous experience in the field for at least 2 years.
  • Very good command of English at a written and communicative level; other language skills are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanour.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Friendly and professional attitude.
