Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- One to three months of related welding experience or training preferred.
- Ability to MIG weld and read AWS blueprints.
- Ability to safely operate welding tools and equipment.
- Must be able to work a 4-days-on, 4-days-off schedule.
- Ability to wear required PPE, including a Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR), for extended periods.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, climbing, and working long shifts.
- Ability to work in environments with loud noise, flashing lights, fumes, and varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to perform inspections and repair metal components as required.
