Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning and laundry services
- Train, lead, and motivate housekeeping staff

- Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally

Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial supervision
