The Driver – Shuttle Doubles (DOT) Job in Mexico position is a professional driving role responsible for transporting loaded and empty trailers between company locations. This role is essential to maintaining efficient logistics operations while ensuring safety, punctuality, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Transport loaded trailers to shuttle depots and return empty trailers
- Ensure timely deliveries within designated schedules
- Communicate any issues or delays to supervisors immediately
- Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Operate various trailer sizes (28 ft., 36 ft., and 48 ft.)
- Comply with the use of safety technologies such as dash cameras
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with Double/Triple Trailer endorsements
- Minimum of 1 year of DOT driving experience
- Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in 3 years)
- Ability to pass drug screening and physical examination
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
- Willingness to comply with safety monitoring systems (AI dash cameras)
