Role Introduction
Reports to: Lounge Bar Supervisor

As the Lounge Bartender, you will play an important role in the lounge. You will show customers the three key brand values of “Thoughtful,” “Progressive,” and “Can-do Spirit.”
You will also make each customer interaction memorable. This includes understanding customer needs and providing a high-quality lounge experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver excellent service to customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Follow company and legal standards for service, food safety, health, and safety.
- Stay updated on beverage knowledge, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and tea.
- Help guests place orders and provide menu recommendations.
- Ensure drinks and snacks are delivered efficiently and according to specifications.
- Handle special drink requests and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Keep the lounge clean and maintain stock levels.
- Support the Supervisor with smooth daily operations.
- Assist other members of the lounge team when required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Right to work in Hong Kong.
- Minimum age of 18.
- High school graduate or above.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Cantonese and Putonghua is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in catering, hospitality, fine dining, a sizeable luxury hotel, lounge, airport, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and tea.
- Good team player with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when needed.
